The YOH Invest approach
YOH Invest is a sustainable building concept. We bring expertise, skills and financial resources together. In doing so we improve housing conditions in developing countries and at the same time the YOH Invest concept generates income by job creation.
How we work ? By building homes together with the future residents. The residents are trained in certain skills. These acquired skills can be used in building other houses. In this way we are building homes, creating jobs and income and a future.
By bundling eachothers talent, we empower local communities.
Together with local partners we will organise the skills training in order to learn how to build homes. Every person has a certain talent. After the skills training we will set up a construction team. As long as required we will support in personal development and future projects.
And off course, just building your own YOH Invest home without being a future construction partner is also possible.

Investment Fund
YOH Invest investment fund is a dedicated fund currently being set up.
This investment fund is a so called revolving fund. Due to the nature , we are able to initiate YOH Invest projects and (partly) fund them in a sustainable way.
It is our aim to offer the fund members a matching return reflecting the nature of the fund and more importantly the users of the YOH Invest investment fund, the future home owners.
